Few years ago Deborah Funmi Mupapa have received a call from Congo about little Esther suffering of cancer.

FROM A WAR ZONE INTO A TUMOR

When we lose our compassion that means we lose our humanity,

Esther was born on July 2009 in a very poor family in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, her father works as a bricklayer and the mother was without work , the little girl was affected by a malignant soft tissue tumor in the virginal area known as embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma. The doctors in Goma have said, Esther who has been under their care at Docs hospital, has a very little chance of recovery unless if she will be able to fly from Congo to receive special treatment.

Deborah Funmi Testimony:

On Monday 21th of January 2013, I had received a call from unknown person, whom desperately was requesting help for a medical assistance concerning the Esther Baseme tumor and i was given the telephone number of the Esther,s mother and immediately I have called the mother of Esther.

Esther’s Mother:

Crying on the telephone and saying maman Deborah i was told that you are helping women and children in Africa and today i am knocking into your door for my daughter who is seriousely sick i could have been able to handle headache or fever but not this type of sickness, because it really really over my strength and capacity and am feeling guilty as mother seeing my daughter going through this kind of pain, which I could not stop her pain and cries and she can not walk because of that sickness, please maman Deborah take Esther just like your own child and help her,

Deborah Funmi:

I am deeply touched with the case of your daughter Esther, and i know in this life we are living in, anything at anytime can happen to anyone as human , above all be strong and No matter how the TUMOR has transformed her life “ Our LOVE and SUPPORT to her Esther is more than the sickness,

and now what do you need from me?

Esther Mother:

Yes mama Deborah the Doctor have said the only option to save Esther for now is to take her abroad for treatment means to have an operation to remove the tumor and we were advised to go to India because it is cheaper for that kind of operation and we were told with two thousand dollars " 2000$" in India we can receive a good medical assistance for Esther.

Yes we have received the tickets and we are seeking more help to take care of the treatment in India.

Ok no problem i will think of what to do for the treatment of Esther in India and i will get back to you as soon as possible.

Esther Mother:

Thank you maman Deborah i am desperately waiting for you.

Deborah donated 1200 $ for the treatment of Esther and extra 300 $ for Orphan children in .

GOOD NEWS FROM MY BABY ESTHER

On the 20th of March 2015 at 12:41pm i have received a message from the Doctor who was looking after Esther recovering in Estern Republic Democratic of Congo, that Esther is doing very well now the surgery went very well in India and she has recovered very well and she has returned to school as well and Esther has sent greetings and many of thanks to you maman Deborah.

Yes Esther your message makes me more and more happy than ever.
